💬 Incorrect / Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• A clear photo of the item received

We will replace the item free of charge, and you may keep or donate the incorrect item.

↩️ Change of Mind / Size Issues

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Change of mind

• Colour or design preference

If you are unsure on sizing, please refer to our size guide or contact us before ordering — we are always happy to help.

📦 Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

• Please check with neighbours or safe places

• Contact your local courier with the tracking number

• If still not located, email us and we will assist you in opening an investigation

Once the courier confirms a delivery error, we will arrange a replacement.

⏱️ Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
After this window, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies for a replacement (incorrect or faulty), we will send a new item at no extra cost.

📮 Return Shipping

For faulty or incorrect items, we do not require returns — photographic evidence is enough.
For any return approved under special circumstances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
